At this threshold, we’ll explore turning on the “ears” of our bodies and learning to listen at the subtle layers of soul. We will explore ways of listening and how to discern what to “do” with what we hear.

Why? Because it can be so easy to confuse our signals. Sometimes, what we think is intuitive information is quite often our bodies signaling the recognition of a bias, a template, or a pattern. So many creators lose trust in their ability to etherically listen because they have followed intuitive hits that turned out to be nothing more than a loud reflection of distorted templature, myth, or bias. How do we skillfully discern so that we can go on with the business of uninhibited creation? We’ll be asking questions about this and more.

In Our Practice Circle: We will grow our skill in learning how to psychically and somatically track and attune to subtle information. We will learn how to transmit (or put into language) what we perceive without embellishment. We will practice discerning between our own energies and other people’s. We will learn to “seek the gold” in a field of subtle information.

Our emotions make us timelords. Through the emotional experience we can go forward or backward into time and space. We can shrink time and we can expand it. We can alter the way past events feel in our bodies and we can change the way we approach our futures. We do all of this miraculous timelord work through the projections that emerge from our templates, myths, and biases (our subconscious understandings and constructs of the world.)

Emotional Intelligence is about attuning to the truth of what is happening in the present moment, finding the willingness to question the assumptions that are inflamming a reaction, moving beyond our projections in our acts of creation, and attuning to what is being called for in the moment.

Why? Because so much of the creative process is wound up in our emotions. And if we look carefully at the creative mysteries, that stem from old myths, the symbology of spiral current and the mythic moon, it might even be said that the creative process is our emotions. We take what we feel in the inner current and transmit that information into the world through language, song, art, poetry, and form.

Emotional Intelligence supports us to sort, discern, and consciously create spiralic intelligence of the current moving through our bodies.

In Our Practice Circle: We will greet each layer of this threshold, from templature, to the nervous system, to the expression of emotions and observe how each layer plays a part in what and how we create our world.

At this threshold, we will examine etheric enmeshments, meaning the places in our experience where we have become what we are not.

The work of essence liberation is about examining where we have entrained to cultural, ancestral, and relational stories about who we are and calling ourselves back home to our true nature. Essence Liberation can be a lifelong practice. It is fundamental spiritual hygiene that supports us each in bringing the true medicine we’re here to bring.

This threshold invites us to look at patterns of people pleasing and the shadow expression of contortion. It will also invite us to look at the phenomena of ego death–shedding the layers of ourselves that we have unconsciously constructed to ensure our survival.

Plainly put, we will be looking at your inner liar–the part of you that puts on a show to impress or manipulate others into believing that you are a particular way that you are not or that you carry particular characteristcs that you do not have. What part of you is so attached to the performance of your personality that it feels like it will die without it?

Your essence is underneath the performance. It’s longing to be expressed and holds proliferate creative potential.
