[ A CASE FOR VISIONARY PRAXIS ]
by daje aloh, founder.
The world we live in is the externalization of someone else’s consciousness. Someone imagined the wars, the famine, the inventions, the technologies we so constantly contend with. Someone also imagined the beauty and the sweetness we enjoy.
These people started off being children wearing jam jams and trying to get their homework done on time just like you. They started off as innocent as grapes. They probably had weird haircuts and awkward first dates. At some point, they began to imagine our world into being.
Smart phones.
Concrete.
ChatGPT.
The Kroger parking lot.
The Coinwash Laundry mat.
Your Eco-Friendly Laundry detergent.
Your grandmother’s watch and perfume.
In all of these tiny ways, the world has been imagined by someone.
Someone thought of all the tiny parts of it you enjoy. Someone dreamed of your favorite brand of milk. Someone imagined that Instagram post that left you feeling stirred. Someone designed the original pattern for your socks and someone else cleared the Quality Assessment for them to be packaged and sold in some place that was designed by someone else.
What separates us from them? What makes the people who have imagined our world as we know it more special or different than us? What makes their stories more believable than ours when they brazenly claim to have invented something.
There is no real barrier. There is none.
They put on socks and pants just like we do. They have to shower. They stub their toes. They rinse their sinks after brushing their teeth (we hope). They get wet when it rains. They are not more human than we are.
The people who are boldly crafting our world are about as normal and as strange as we are. You don’t need to be a super human to craft a world. You don’t need to be an anomaly to externalize your consciousness through a poem, a business, a side project, an art collection, or even an Instagram carousel graphic.
Creativity seeks the willing. Good ideas look to land in the hearts and hands of people who are willing to craft.
This is why we need Visionary Praxis. Not everyone who is willing is available to be selfless. Not everyone who is willing to craft a vision is available to craft in ways that bring harmony, joy, peace, and wisdom to our world.
Some ideas find their way in the hearts of people who are willing, but are fractured and prefer to live that way. They are fractured and see life through a lens that splits the world in fragments and encampments. Their imaginations wounded by unmet grief and seminal memories. Their capacity for truth shattered.
I want to see people externalize their consciousness, their beautiful ideas, and make waves upon immeasurable waves of change through them. I want to see folks honor the living medicine that exists inside of them and brave the risk of cultivating new stories on the Earth. You don’t need to be special to build a vision that changes people’s lives. You just need to be a little bit willing so that good ideas can find you and trust you to nurture them.
Someone breathed that war into life.
Someone breathed that piece of technology into form.
Someone intentioned the complexity of traffic lights.
Someone said “yes!” to peanut butter.
Someone braved the wilds of ice cream development.
Someone birthed that book of fantasy fiction.
Someone ideated the teapot.
Someone crafted roads.
Someone thought it would be fun to have lightbulbs.
Someone brewed the first cup of coffee.
Someone shelled the first pod of cacao.
This “world” is the externalization of our consciousness.
I don’t care how much of a bad rep entrepreneurship receives, I appreciate that there is an entire movement of waves upon waves upon waves of people who are trying to create something new.
I appreciate people who brave bringing to life ideas that were, just moments before, just barely a thought.
A “what if…”
Our world is woven together in “what ifs…”
What would it look like if it were woven together by people who have both “what ifs onlys…” and golden hearts as well?
We support healers, ecomystic entrepreneurs, and visionary founders in the practice of bringing life-affirming vision into form.
Praxis is practice.
Praxis is practice.
Praxis is practice.
Inside of our spaces, we honor…
The slowfooted pivots.
The generative truthseeking.
The thresholdcrossing failed attempts.
The heartful quiet successes.
The spirit-listening willingness.
Travelling into the unknown,
the mystic, mythic, and the poetic,
to retrieve and materialize vision.
Within our offerings, we witness and support those who are crossing private and professional thresholds in the realm of their leadership, their expression, their culturework, and their build.
We bring earth-based mysticism and an eco-somatic depth approach to all of our teaching, facilitation, and coaching practices.

-
We view the creative process as a psychospiritual journey through cycles of death, rebirth, and integration that calls us to spiritually grow, come into dialogue with our soul’s unique medicine, essence, and mythopoeisis; and step into deeper capacities for visioning and leadership.
Our frameworks guide individuals through rites of passage using the deep structure of nature, the seasons, and the four directions as our guide. -
Our stories are maps — they hold the power to heal, inspire, and transform. We see narrative as a vital tool for self-discovery and collective evolution.
-
Our work is deeply informed by the interconnectedness of body, mind, soul, and environment. We help visionaries attune to their inner ecosystems while recognizing their role in the greater web of life. This practice fosters resilience, embodiment, and a sense of wholeness.
-
We honor ancient wisdom traditions and earth-centered practices as vital sources of guidance and creativity. By rooting vision and action in reverence for the natural world, we invite grounded mysticism into the process of shaping futures.
-
Rather than rigid plans, we embrace strategy as a living, adaptive process. Emergent strategy allows visionaries to respond dynamically to changes, nurturing congruence between their values and the evolving needs of their communities.
-
We equip visionaries to design businesses that are not only financially sustainable but also aligned with living systems thinking. Our regenerative approach harmonizes purpose and function, creating models that adapt, thrive, and contribute to collective well-being.
-
We cultivate the ability to see clearly into potential futures and act with intentionality in the present. Practical seership bridges intuition and strategy, helping visionaries navigate uncertainty with confidence and clarity.
-
Harmonious interdependence relies on each of us knowing who we are and what we offer at the individual level. By cultivating clarity of self and purpose, we foster relationships and ecosystems rooted in mutual respect, authenticity, and collaboration.
-
We believe that the seeds of the future already exist within us and our work. By practicing presence and deep listening, we uncover what is already emerging and bring it into form with care and foresight.
We see business as a living system.
Not a machine to optimize—but a living essence, a field to attune to, and a relationship to steward that relies on our inherent interrelatedness to succeed and grow.
This is why we don’t lead with tactics. We begin with a felt-sense of vision, essence, and soul.
Our frameworks are how we listen to what wants to emerge. They give shape to intuition, language to what’s ineffable, and scaffolding for what’s becoming.
We work with several key frameworks inside our studio. Each one helps us support spirit-led founders and organizations in different phases of their development:
The Creative Rites → A mandala for mothering our way through deep change, this framework supports to walk through the natural seasons of soul initiation and creative emergence, drawing from the ancestral wisdom of the Seasons and the Four Directions.
The Futurewriting Process → A manifestation practice of shaping potential futures through ecosomatics, subconscious repatterning, and visioning practice. We use this process to support our members to attune to their own desires and call them into form.
The Vision Midwifery Framework → Our approach to building visions that are soulful, strategic, and rooted in real-world impact. It includes six phases: Medicine, Modality, Methodology, Model, Message, and Momentum.
Business Frameworks Rooted in Seasonality, Cyclicality, our Animate and Inherent Interrelatedness, and Depth.
We believe in crafting vision that is alive, attuned to the cycles, and deeply human.
The Natural Rhythms and Cycles of the Earth, the Seasons, the Elements, and the Four Directions to Ground in the Midst of Change and Strengthen Clarity and Decision-Making Process
Integral Business Philosophy → We honor complexity while offering a path toward clarity that can hold more of you, your depth, your nuances, and your seasons of change and initiation.
Ecospiritual Leadership Development → We bring an mytho-animist lens to the work of helping you grow a kind of Leadership that is rooted in the rhythms of the earth and the wisdom of your soul’s unique path.
Emergent Strategy → Adaptive, intuitive approaches to navigating change and uncertainty.
A Regenerative Paradigm Rooted in Black, Queer, and Indigenous Epistemologies → Building businesses that honor our histories and nourish our shared futures.
