dear creator,
Do not allow these platforms to cheapen your love for your craft.
Do not allow an algorithm to diminish the vision that is living in your bones.
Do not allow the illusions of “success” take you out of your spirit, your calling, your desire to create change in people's lives.
When “empire” tells us to build more “followers” and “likes" and vanity metrics, this incubator is for you to get low and listen for what actually wants to be created through you. It’s for you to get low and listen for what your soul is asking you to spend your time on and build. It’s for you to get low and listen for what the Earth is wanting to accomplish and to devote yourself to that.
this is an incubator for the ones who are devoted to what their soul is calling them to build.
The Worldbuilding School was not designed for people who want a conventional business that prioritizes profit over presence, grit, and soul. It was not designed for people looking for success “at all costs” barbie business coaching. This incubator is for the ones who are devoted to what their soul is calling them to build.
And are not willing to compromise that calling for cheap promises of ego-centric success in a burning world. You’re here to clarify your direction and put bones, budgets, and supportive structure around your build.
You’re not here to play around or find the people who will just tell you what you want to hear and never walk beside you as you do the hard work and ask the bigger questions.
your executive functioning will thank you for joining this incubator.
why? because 80% of the “homework” given to you will be completed with other cohort members live on the call.
What sets the worldbuilding School apart is that we don’t just give you templates, and courses, and “coaching” and then leave you to figure out the details on your own. Inside of our weekly 3-hour calls, we are doing the work with you. Live on the call. You get instantaneous feedback, support, reflection, and the experience of actually building alongside of your cohort.
80% of the homework given to you in this incubator will be completed live on the call, lowering the barriers for you to implement and integrate the materials directly into your business and infusing you with the courage you need to cross the biggest thresholds.
Call Schedule → Tuesdays, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. pst from November 11, 2025 - December 16th, 2025
The Worldbuilding School is a six week program. We begin 11/11.

You have a powerful vision.
Now, let’s give it bones.
You know you're here to create something meaningful. You can feel the shape of your work in your body—the way you want to serve, the transformation you’re here to guide people through, the change you want to see in the world.
But when it comes time to actually build it? To name it, price it, explain it, sell it?
Everything gets blurry.
You open Instagram and feel like you need to become someone else just to be seen. You look at other people's offers and wonder if yours even makes sense. You start questioning if what you have is "marketable" or if you need to water it down to make it work. And you’re constantly second guessing if people are ready to invest in what you offer right now.
What Past Participants Are Saying…
Here's what we know to be true:
The marketplace wasn't built for wild-hearted, caring, intuitive folks like you.
→ Neurodivergent, Wild-Hearted, and Highly Sensitive folks who lead with your hearts, follow your intuition and make decisions from your deep-seated values over market trends and demands.
→ Women and womb-folk with cycles that change the way you need to work and how your creative process flows out of you from day to day.
→ Queer +, Gender-Nonconforming, and Trans folks who have a completely different intellectual schema and a highly nuanced, beautifully complex way of bringing your medicine to this Earth that often won’t fit into a neat, palatable Instagram Bio and Mission Statement.
→ Black, Indigenous, and Global Majority folks whose nuanced cultural experiences and ancestries have often been negatively impacted by Westernization, Globalization, and the ways Capitalism expresses itself in modern culture.
The marketplace, truthfully, wasn't designed to hold the medicine you carry, the way you see the world, or the communities you come from.
And you can feel this.
So of course it feels hard to fit your vision into templates made for people who never had to fight to be taken seriously.

But here's the other truth:
Your work doesn't need to fit into the general marketplace in order to be successful. What it actually needs is good structure. It needs daring specificity (the key transformation you create + exactly who your work is for). It needs audacity. And it needs to be radically infused with courage.
And not the kind that takes you out of your authenticity, flattens your magic, or asks you to perform for meta algorithms.
The kind that protects what you have to offer. That turns your intuition into something tangible, practical, and teachable. That gives your vision a container strong enough to hold what you're trying to birth.

“I want to share how helpful it's been to have the space, resources and support here…I'm coming into a fuller expression of my essence and my niche, and there are still many highs and lows, moments of high energy and then of doubt-fuelled ‘can I do this?’ or ‘what the f**k am I actually doing?’
Being part of this community has really supported me to take those next incremental steps forward in my own way, and without the rigid ‘shoulds’ that I am particularly allergic to. Creating a business which is profitable and impactful without falling prey to the toxic whims of the capitalistic machine is what I truly desire.
This space is also reminding that I do have the tenacity to create this, even if it doesn't always feel that way. I'm sure, like with so many of us, we have endured a lot of hard things, but it's often harder to shift and alchemize that capacity to endure into tenacity for positive and joyful expansion in our business. That's what I'm currently doing.
So thank you Dajé and team, as well as everyone here who has been so supportive.”

The Worldbuilding School is where we do that work together.
The world-building school is a tight-knit six-week business development intensive for wild-hearted, conscious entrepreneurs—especially women, LGBTQIA+ folks, and BIPOC creators—who are at the beginning stages of building and validating an offer.
This space is not for you if you’re looking to scale something that's already working. It’s for you if you're here to figure out what you're building in the first place.
Inside of the Worldbuilding School, you won’t be doing that alone. In fact, over 75% of the work you’ll do to move the needle on your vision will be done live, together, side-by-side on our calls.
This means, you’ll receive immediate feedback, coaching, and validation on what you’re working on. And you be actively supported at every step.
This incubator is for you if...
→ You're building something real, but it still feels formless.
You have skills, experience, and a calling. But when someone asks "what do you do?" you either overshare for ten minutes or freeze up completely. You need help turning your vision into an offer people can actually understand and say yes to.
→ You're tired of marketing that asks you to perform.
You've tried all the Instagram strategies. The personal branding advice. The "just be vulnerable and sell" approach. But none of it feels long lasting and grounded. You trust yourself less with every tactic you implement. You want to share your work in a way that feels true to your values, grounded in your ethics, and leads to clients and income.
→ You're done building in isolation.
You've been figuring this out alone. You’ve been piecing together free advice on Instagram, PDFs freebies, second-guessing every decision, wondering if you're doing it "right." You're ready for guidance, structure, and a community of people who really get it.
→ You want your business to be a site of liberation, not extraction.
You're not interested in hustling your way to burnout. Or following extractive industry “norms”. You want to build something sustainable that honors your pace, your values, your body, and the communities you come from. You know your business can be a medicine for this world and you’re committed to not compromising.
→ You're ready to stop waiting for permission.
You've been holding back because you're not "certified enough" or "ready enough" or "established enough." You think you don’t have enough “followers” or credibility to build with authority. But the truth is, the people who are meant for you offerings and services are ready for who you are now. It’s finally time to start trusting yourself to begin.

“Daje Aloh — Sharing my gratitude again for this community. I have experienced TVS and all of Storywork Studio as a soft landing place. A place where I am gently invited to go deeper and explore without feeling pressured, railroaded, underestimated, boxed in, or completely alone in my experience. And a place where I am invited to connect with other humans with incredible depth and breadth of experience and vision. The shifts I am experiencing are, I believe, the combined result of the somatic work I have done over the last few years together with having THIS space, THIS community in which to nurture and gently tend to my own professional death and rebirth process. Thank you!”

What You'll Walk Away With
By the end of six weeks, you will have:
→ Clarity on Your Medicine
You'll know what you’re here to offer this world at a soul level. You’ll clarify the transformation, healing, or shift that happens when people work with you. You'll be able to speak to it with rooted confidence instead of second-guessing your value.
→ A Defined Modality
You'll choose the most aligned way to deliver your work—whether that's 1:1, group containers, self-paced offerings, or creative hybrids. You'll know what formats feel generative (not depleting) and how to structure your time and energy.
→ A Clear Methodology
You'll map out the transformational process you guide people through so you can teach it, talk about it, and build offers around it. This is your framework—the thing that makes your work yours.
→ A Validated Business Model
You'll design your first offer (or refine an existing one) with clear pricing, structure, and positioning. You'll know what you're testing, who it's for, and how to invite people in without feeling salesy or performative.
→ Authentic, Resonant Messaging
You'll learn how to talk about your work in plain language that lands with the right people—on your website, in conversations, on social media, in pitches. No more hiding behind jargon or feeling like you need to sound like someone else.
→ A Sustainable Momentum Plan
You'll leave with a 90-day plan for visibility, marketing, and growth that doesn't require you to be online 24/7 or burn yourself out. You'll know what to share, where to show up, and how to build trust with your people over time.

Your Medicine is Needed in this World
Building vision in a world that is rapidly changing isn't easy, but it's necessary. Your vision, your voice, and your offerings are answered prayers for our shared futures.
You don't need to wait another year until you're "ready."
You don't need another certification.
You don't need to sound like anyone else.
You need structure. Deep Support. Community. And a group of people who believes in what you're building.
That's what we offer in the Worldbuilding School.
