How to Shift Reality (Like a Grown Up) — A Free 12-Part Podcast Series
Most manifestation content out there is teaching you how to manifest like a two-year-old. Feverishly casting your desires onto the "universe", stretching out your fingers to the sky, forcing you to be as well-behaved and high-vibrational as possible, and trying ultra hard to "be a match" to some invisible, indiscernible frequency in "the vortex" in order to get what you want.
At some point, we mature out of this extractive way of thinking and realize how much energy it takes to "manifest" with the maturity of a two-year-old and how deeply disconnected we have to be in order to "get" our manifestations in this way.
The ick settles in.
And it no longer feels satisfying to try to stuff down your childhood trauma and pretend it never happened.
Or to bypass the events happening in our world. Or pretend that racism, sexism, and xenophobia aren't running through our connections like sewage tainting almost every interaction. Multiple compounding genocides happening at once. Questionable political characters with too much time on their hands and power-hungry motives "ruling" on the world stage. Disenfranchisement. Continued colonization. Political abandonment. Modern slavery. $45,000-a-month rent for 300-square-foot shacks. Poison in our food that makes us bloat like dead fish.
The list goes on and on.
And the stunning truth is that the power to create new realities doesn't "go away" just because we're done with the way influencers are using it to manifest million-dollar months while bypassing the needs of their communities and neighbors.
Even as we open our eyes to the world around us and take in the beauty and the devastation, that power still lives in us.
The regenerative power of the human spirit still moves through us, inspiring spontaneous events, cellular regeneration, and even the repetition of repeating traumatic events from ancestors and childhood happening over and over and over again.
We are reality-creation organisms regardless of whether we "believe" in manifestation or not.
Our entire world has been constructed in all the ways mentioned above because of this—because of our power to create reality and to materialize the images in our subconscious and imagination. To make them real. To make them alive. To make them nightmares or art.
Growing up is realizing that crossing our arms and staying asleep to our power doesn't actually make the servomechanism of our regenerative creative power go away. We just stop being self-responsible people in the face of it and look for other people to blame for even the most minute details of our lives turning out exactly as we feared or imagined.
And I have to say this
[ your DISCLAIMER ]:
I'm not saying that the abuse and the horrible events that happen(ed) to you are your fault. I'm saying that they happen(ed) because the cellular imagination of our species loves multiplication. It loves to repeat itself over and over again, whether in you or in others. And until the stories that are living in our bodies about what is true or possible for us are reconfigured, reorganized, changed, they will continue to multiply and repeat themselves again and again.
What happened to you wasn't your fault—it was natural biological order within which other characters in our world repeat the traumas and inflict the wounds that happened to them, often unconsciously, onto others.
And you, and your sister, and our brothers and sisters in Palestine, Sudan, and other parts of the world receive the impact of that momentum and will continue to until the somatic story is interrupted.
When you see it—I mean really see it—it starts to become unthinkable to just put our creative power on the back burner of our lives and coast on blame and unintegrated anger.
This is exactly how we allow these same characters to continue to go on inflicting all of their unexamined b.s. onto our world, inflicting horror after horror after horror.
Growing up is realizing that you are so much more powerful than you might have ever imagined.
And that there is so much more available to you than looping the same results, the same ancestral traumas, and the same cultural woundings that have patterned your life, your family’s dynamics, and internal schema so far.
You can interrupt this momentum.
You can shift your personal reality and, in time, impact culture through the ways you live your new story just simply by nature of remembering who you are at the soul level and being that badass b*tch.
How We’re Doing This:
Over the next 12 days, we're going to explore what it looks like to reclaim this power consciously—not through spiritual bypassing or toxic positivity, but through mature, grounded, ecosomatic practice that honors both personal sovereignty and collective responsibility.
How to Shift Reality is manifestation for grown-ups.
This is reality creation mechanics that doesn't require you to pretend the world isn't burning while you visualize your dream life. This is futurewriting that serves not just your personal desires, but the larger healing our world desperately craves.
