This immersion is not here to tell you that walking courageously toward your vision is about implementing a clever social media strategy, because it is not. You can find social media plans everywhere on the internet for free. This immersion is about being for real and communicating with your people in the spirit of radical aliveness. This immersion is about showing up in a market that is rapidly evolving, changing, decreasing, and expanding while owning your truth, your medicine, and your offerings at the level of rootedness that is mostly reserved for oak trees in gusty Summer rains.
The truth is that the temperature of marketing will continue to shift and change. Who will we be in the midst of that? How will we arrive? Will we disappear in frustration? Or will we lean in with a holy trust in the path and a reverence for the medicine we came to serve in this time?

No more fading into the corners of your discouragement. No more silencing your voice in fear of the recession. Your medicine is necessary, your voice is holy, your light is good. This is an immersion about getting courageous and finding the willingness to lean in holding a seasonal kind of wisdom that knows that as sure as the sun sets, it will rise again. As sure as the dusk fades, so too will come the dawn. As soon as the work evolves, shifts, and the darkness presses itself upon our will to share and create the spaces we’re called to create, so too will come the wisdom of emergence, the holy Spring, the warmth of the sun and the light.

What we’ll explore inside of this immersion
Session One:
Honoring the Life / Death / Life Cycles of Identity, Voice, and the Creative Process
What is Regenerative Marketing? And how do we build in ways that support our desired outcomes over time in a changing world? Is it possible to generate predictable revenue in every season (and in the midst of a global recession)? Are we truly restricted to the pace of the market? Or can we cultivate sovereignty, relationship, and reciprocity no matter the season, the market, or how we feel on a given day.
In this module, we will explore marketing from a regenerative, living-systems lens. We will ask questions, and deepen into a new relationship with sharing our work in the market that greets us in our humanness and our inevitable cycles of life, death, and change.
Session Two:
Orienting to and Communicating from Soul, Body, Place, + Season
How would you arrive to your marketing work if you allowed yourself to honor the specific season you are in? To be in a listening relationship with your body, your local ecology, your spirit, and your work? To dial into not just what you want from your work and community, but what it desires from you? In this session, we’ll tune into the power of listening for the change, innovation, and evolution our bodies, our spirits, and the work invite us into. We can rest from the tension of imposing our will and expectations onto our medicine and lean into co-creative, collaborative, and listening relationship with our systems, strategies, and the market.

Session Three:
The Four Cornerstones of Regenerative Marketing
The four cornerstones of regenerative marketing are voice, value proposition, research, and niche from a living systems point of view. Cornerstones are not the most “fun” part of marketing, but they are the bricks that hold the house together in a rapidly changing market. When you’re feeling unsure, confused, wordless, and like you don’t have anything to offer or say in your community, use these cornerstones to structure your listening and discern what wants to happen next.
Session Four:
The Art of Pricing + Positioning Healing Work
In this module, we explore the art of pricing work with incalculable impact. What does it look like to unhook our hours worked from the amount of money we’re capable of receiving? What does it look to be well-reciprocated without enmeshing with our assumptions about what is valuable to people and what they are able to pay for your work? These are questions to think about as you orient your work in a rapidly changing market.

Session Five:
The Willingness to Be Clear: Non-Coercive Storytelling + Sales
Having a beautiful brand and clever words won’t suffice it anymore. Psychologically, these things used to communicate a level of credibility and trustworthiness, but now it feels true that radical clarity will do. In this module, we’ll explore what it looks like to put resonance first and to speak specifically to the people we’re here to serve. We’ll also discuss how a regenerative paradigm of marketing can support us in non-coercive marketing tactics and storytelling without compromising sales and successful proposals — the bread and butter of a functioning service-based operation.
Session Six:
Staying Human in Marketing: Embracing Grief, Change, Presence, + Radical Aliveness
In this module, we’ll discuss what it looks like to stay radically human in business in the midst of global and personal change. In an older paradigm, it was considered to be unprofessional and disruptive to pause and listen in the midst of change, pivoting, and personal crisis. What does it look like to create a community so strong through your marketing that fissures, deaths, changes, and evolutions that happen in your life and the lives of your customers are met with nourishment, empathy, curiosity, and space? Marketing that is regenerative is marketing that listens and engages our collective dynamics of change at the level of listening, humanity, and emergence.
