    In this module, we will introduce the idea that structure can be medicine. You will be guided to explore a relationship with structure that meets you where you’re at,

  • Inside of Module One, we will explore how to weave the wisdom of yin principles into the personal systems of our lives, transforming our relationship with ourselves, our work, and the world around us. And opening our hearts to pleasure, permission, and the grace of receiving support.

    This module was designed to gently guide you towards recognizing and embracing the softer, more receptive aspects of your being as you craft systems for business. In this module, you have full permission to begin with yourself by, first, uncomplicating and depressurizing your r elationship with your current personal life systems and nourishing the places in your process where you may need the most support.

  • Welcome to Module Two. In this module, we explore Business Operations Systems, covering everything from selecting the right tech stack to developing standard operating procedures. We also delve into strategies for creating flexible business strategies, leading with empathy, and managing personal energy for holistic success.

  • In Module Three, we focus on the systems behind marketing. We explore launching services and products, quarterly content planning, maintaining brand consistency, and managing podcast content. This module will equip you with with tools to ensure that your marketing systems can hold your marketing efforts.

  • In Module Four, we focus on discovering your unique style of delivery, crafting automated systems, program management software, client management systems and more. Every entrepreneur has a unique way of delivering their magic to the world. Some of us thrive in a relaxed, nonlinear approach, allowing ideas and services to flow naturally. Others find strength in detailed, structured delivery, where every step is meticulously planned and executed. Either way, this module breaks down how to show up in your style, manage repetitive tasks, and craft automations that support your delivery style.

  • In Module Five, we explore the things that it would be helpful to get clear on before you make your first hire. We'll explore how to lead and manage a team; feedback, systems audits, and taking an iterative approach to systems development, and how to let go of people when it's time.

  • Inside of Module Six, we'll explore understanding the your cashflow, how to set both clear revenue goals and clear personal goals, and how to structure a regular review of cashflow to keep yourself on track with sales.
